How Does Tourkuaz-Consumer Works

All the definitions, hotel, flight, transfer and rent a car information entered in control panel are kept in a dababase in Tourkuaz Consumer. When the customer wants to select a holiday according to his choices we let him to reach the data kept in the database quickly. In the aspect of products and services "Consumer Module" works as below;

Hotel, Villa, Apart

On the main page of Hotel Search,  "Hotel Search" part that the customers enters criteria, "Recommendations" part that you show the hotels you want to recommend and "opportunities" part that you show the last minute discounts are viewed. Steps of hotel search are as below:

• On the Hotel Search page, the customer enters the criteria of the hotel ( region, check-in check-out date, etc.) he is searching for and presses "search" button.
• Tourkuaz Consumer lists the names, pictures, summurized information and per person prices of the hotels that match the criteria and of which quota is available and no stp sale is applied.
• Customer can reach detailed information, pictures and room features of the hotel he prefer just by one click.
• He selects the room and board type for the hotel he prefers and adds to basket.
• He can continue shopping and buy transfer or car rental.
• He finishes reservation by entering personal and credit card information on a secure pag

Package Tours

• The tours that you entered from Admin panel is listed according to their categories ( blue cruise, Adrenaline tours etc..). Also you can make subgroups within a main group of tour.
  
  
• Selecting the interested tour the customer sees the detailed information of the tours. In the tour detail page they can see tour itenerias, tour summary, the accommodation summary and a link to a datailed info of each accommodation and seasonal prices of the tour. By clicking on the "reservation" the user will directed to reservation page
  
  
• In the reservation page the customer will choose the dates that they want to attend. Also the user can see the availibility of the releavant tour. Then enters the other details of reservation and adds the service to the basket.

Flight Ticket

• On Flight Search screen the customer selects the time, departure and arrival airports and presses "search" button.
• Tourkuaz Consumer lists the available flights
• Customer selects the flight he prefers, enters number of adults and children and adds to the basket
• He can continue shopping and buy hotel transfer or car rental
• He finishes reservation by entering personal and credit card information on a secure page

Rent A car

• Your customer selects the vehicle he prefers from "Ren A Car" page on which pictures and features of the vehicles are also listed
• He enters arrival departure dates and child seat requests and adds to the basket
•  He finishes reservation by entering personal and credit card information on a secure page
  
  

Transfer

• Your customer enters the time, airport and number of person that he wants transfer for
• He can examine the transfer prices by clicking the related link
• After entering the transfer information, he adds to the basket
• He finishes reservation by entering personal and credit card information on a secure page
  
  

The customer can view the products and services with a brief info and remove from the basket any time he wants during shopping.

Reservation is automatically e-mailed to your company and also you can follow up the detailes of the reservations via "Control Panel"
